Designed to support sight-reading, ensemble skills, improvisation, song writing and music theory. Students will play as part of a small ensemble, play theory games and learn musicianship skills often not covered in lessons. Students will aim towards a short performance twice a year.
Dates:
Saturday afternoons 1:15-2:15pm.
Jan: 17th, 24th, 31st
Feb: 7th, 14th, 21st
Entry: The student will have completed the Primer Piano Adventures book or equivalent (know at least the first 5 notes either side of middle C).
